Senior Controls Specialist (BAS Technician)

Job Description

· Install, program, and commission Building Automation Systems using NIAGARA (AX/N4).

· Design, configure, and deploy graphical user interfaces (GUI), trends, alarms, and schedules.

· Integrate third-party systems using BACnet, Modbus, LON, and other industry protocols.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot complex control system issues, both onsite and remotely.

· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.

· Provide technical support and training to internal teams and customers.

· Maintain accurate project documentation, including wiring diagrams, point-to-point checklists, and control narratives.

· Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and retrofits.

· Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and software updates related to BAS and the NIAGARA framework.

Full-time
