We are seeking a Director Of Private Parties And Special Events to join our team! You will be responsible for selling and planning special events including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings.
Responsibilities:
Actively seeking new clients and sales
Research and identify successful event opportunities
Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and customizing their event packages
Presenting proposals and negotiating contracts
Addressing and solving banquet guest concerns
Working with outside vendors to secure services and resources
Distribute all meeting information and supplies to attending personnel
Maintain stock of event supplies
Qualifications:
Strong sales abilities
Previous experience in event planning or other related fields
Strong project managing skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
