Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team and support our cold storage, food and beverage manufacturing, and other industrial refrigeration customers. This role offers significant opportunities for growth in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Essential Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project implementation.

Purchase materials and manage subcontractors, including deliveries.

Conduct project meetings with Field Supervisors, Shop Foreman, General Contractors, Subcontractors, Customers, and others.

Maintain project schedules and costs through effective communication and oversight.

Resolve schedule, design, and code issues.

Coordinate start-up/commissioning with our Service Department, Suppliers, and Customers.

Participate in team efforts to achieve company goals, including productivity and safety.

Lead by example and share knowledge with team members.

Requirements/Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of project leadership experience in construction or a related field.

Strong knowledge of construction trades, methods, standards, codes, and equipment.

Willingness to work in various environments, including project site visits.
