In this position, you will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused, and challenging environment, supporting our mission: Improving Health, Improving Lives . Work Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday - Friday 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with rotating weekends.

For more details, click here . Job Responsibilities: Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria.

Perform routine and complex technical procedures following departmental SOPs.

Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot instrumentation to ensure proper functionality.

Make technical decisions regarding testing and problem-solving.

Prepare, test, and evaluate new reagents or controls.

Report accurate and timely test results to support quality patient care.

Perform and document preventive maintenance and quality control procedures.

Identify and replenish testing supplies as needed.

Assist with specimen processing when necessary.

Maintain a safe work environment and wear appropriate PPE.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Biological sciences, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a non-traditional degree meeting local regulatory requirements.

Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory testing experience or MLS degree.

ASCP or AMT certification preferred.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Proficient with computers; familiarity with laboratory information systems is a plus.

High attention to detail, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to pass a standardized color vision test.

Flexibility to work overtime or different shifts as needed.
