Job Overview The Sr.

Workforce Planning Consultant delivers critical insights and actionable workforce plans to guide business growth and operational success.

This role serves as a pivotal partner in translating complex enterprise strategies into workforce solutions that align with organizational objectives, financial commitments, and operational needs.

The Sr.

Consultant facilitates collaboration and fosters trust across HR, Finance, and business teams to ensure cross-functional alignment on strategic workforce initiatives.

The Workforce Planning Consultant conducts detailed analysis, identifies trends, and leverages advanced workforce analytics and scenario planning to address workforce gaps and opportunities.

Using a data-driven approach, the Sr.

Workforce Planning Consultant communicates complex data, logic, and solutions clearly and concisely to senior leadership, influencing data-driven decisions and driving quantifiable outcomes.

The role encourages the team to engage cross-functionally at all levels, driving workforce strategy adoption and execution while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

By leveraging strategic insights, metrics, data visualization, advanced analytics, and stakeholder collaboration, the Workforce Planning Consultant plays a critical role in shaping business growth, enhancing operational efficiency, anticipating and addressing future skill gaps, and ensuring workforce plans are adaptable to a dynamic business environment.

Location & Role Details This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and can be based in Bellevue, WA; Overland Park, KS; or Frisco, TX.

Job Responsibilities Provide leadership to influence and design strategic workforce planning vision of the business unit/function.

Perform detailed analyses, model workforce scenarios, translate analysis into meaningful business insights, and make recommendations to drive strategic decisions.

Nurture and maintain key internal partnerships.

Develop understanding of critical workforce needs, identify key issues, and structure problem-solving approaches.

Foster cross-functional collaboration to build agreement and influence workforce strategy.

Oversee the creation and delivery of executive-level presentations using data storytelling and visualization to convey recommendations clearly and impactfully.

Mentor and advise partners on best practices.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, strategic frameworks, and corporate drivers.

Develop standard reports and conduct regular reviews, including monthly operational reports and quarterly business reviews, to assess and refine workforce strategies.

Drive continuous improvement of workforce planning processes, tools, and systems, ensuring efficiency and data integrity.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field; Masters/Advanced degree in Finance, Strategy, or Economics a plus.

7+ years of strategy experience in framing complex problems, identifying key issues, and providing data-driven recommendations.

7+ years experience in developing financial models, performing financial and operational analysis, including analyzing complex data.

Up to 2 years of project management experience, managing projects independently, engaging partners, creating roadmaps and plans.

Preferred experience: Management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking.

Strong problem framing, strategic framework application, and strategy development skills.

Understanding of business models, pricing strategies, and channel management.

Proficiency in building financial models, qualitative analysis, and sensitivity analysis.

Ability to plan thoughtfully and engage others effectively, understanding necessary data and information.

Excellent synthesis and communication skills, capable of articulating analysis to senior leaders.

Knowledge of the wireless/telecom industry and technology sector is preferred.

Pay Range: $113,100 - $204,000.

Corporate bonus target: 20%. The actual pay depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
