Join our team at Murphy Business & Financial Corporation as a Contact Center Agent! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat messages to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues
Assist customers via email and chat
Provide information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
