The Dermatology department at Bryn Mawr Medical Specialists Association is looking for 2 full-time Call Center Representatives/Front Desk Receptionists to join their growing team. These people will be responsible for patient scheduling, new patient information, and general patient inquiries. Our ideal candidates have excellent communication skills and great attention to detail.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information to patients.
Handle patient complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
Input patient information into the system accurately and efficiently.
Follow call center scripts when handling different types of calls.
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions.
Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems while speaking with customers on the phone.
Attention to detail to accurately record customer information and update records as necessary.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
