JANITORIAL WORKER

Monday – Friday

7:00 am - 3:00 pm, must be available on weekends.

$13.70 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Perform both cosmetic and deep cleaning tasks in assigned areas

Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, locker rooms, hallways, offices, lunchrooms, conference and training rooms, laboratory, control room, production, and packaging areas

Prepare proper dilutions of cleaning chemicals

Keep janitor rooms organized, clean, and stocked

Perform routine checks on paper, soap, and hand sanitizer dispensers; report damages or refills needed

Ensure daily sanitation and orderliness of all assigned areas

Observe and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

Comply with HACCP, BRC, and FSMA food safety standards

Report any concerns regarding food safety, physical safety, environment, or equipment to supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred

Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

Knowledge of safe chemical handling and usage

Capable of working independently and managing time efficiently

Must be able to work in varying environments, including production and packaging areas

Willingness to follow strict safety and sanitation procedures
