About the Role:
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy for UNION Savings BANK. This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that enhance brand visibility and support business growth. The successful candidate will lead initiatives such as channel marketing, and the creation of marketing collateral to effectively communicate our value proposition. By analyzing market trends and customer insights, the Marketing Manager will ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and resonate with our target audience. Ultimately, this role aims to elevate our brand presence and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the financial services industry.
Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with digital marketing and social media strategies.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and software.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, including trade shows and promotional events.
Create and oversee the production of marketing collateral that effectively communicates our brand message.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Takes ownership in developing and executing comprehensive, measurable strategic marketing plans to meet the goals and objectives of the company.
Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities.
Develops, maintains, and manages consistent corporate image throughout all marketing and promotional materials and product lines.
Collaborate with the Sales, Support and Executive Teams in enhancing the customer experience.
