P-Core Department is seeking an individual to provide high quality, reliable administrative support. Will need to perform various administrative and project-related activities. Typical duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings and events

Manager calendar schedule, coordinate/negotiate with other admins for complex meetings and international travel.

Organize FTF meetings and events

Giving local administrative support in ISR P-Core site (Haifa and Petah-Tikva)

BE the information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures among the employees

Manage department recognitions

Track headcount and spending

Assignments are complex and diversified in nature and may require working within a globally dispersed team

Qualifications:

Currently Enrolled to a B.A. or M.A. Degree in (Preferably in Social Science).

Available to work at least 3 to 4 days a week.

At least 4 semesters till graduation.

Very high level in spoken and written English.

Ongoing work with reports and data – strong Excel skills required.

Analytical thinking and the ability to draw insights from data.

Working with various systems and managing cross-functional interfaces.

A process-oriented mindset and a strong operational understanding.
