Our Columbus team is looking for an experienced Workplace Consultant to join our sales team. We're looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - ideally 3+ years sales experience (preferably in contract furniture industry).

As a Workplace Consultant, you are considered the expert accountable for achieving top line vertical revenue and profitability goals. You will have a working knowledge of industry trends, keen ability to understand client business or space issues, qualify opportunities effectively, secure product specifications through Architecture & Design firms, develop key client relationships with various stakeholders and participate in industry-related organizations.

On a day to day basis, you'd be expected to:

Meet and exceed sales goals for bookings, revenue, and Gross Profit within assigned accounts (existing and competitive).

Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow share of wallet and opportunity strategies to close large revenue deals.

Develop an extensive knowledge of LOTH integrated solutions and advise clients on how LOTH can utilize these solutions to meet their objectives and/or solve their problems.

Lead and manage client engagements and projects to deliver measurable value to our clients by helping to solve their business problems.

Evolve with accounts through effective thought leadership, relationship development and applying resources to drive future business.

Develop and maintain working knowledge of contract furniture industry, competitive landscape, workplace trends, research, and products.

Lead complex selling efforts that identify, qualify, cultivate, and close business within accounts.

Develop relationships within assigned accounts and effectively navigate an organization at different levels and within various business units (Facilities, Real Estate, IT, HR, and C-Suite).

Develop and maintain social and professional relationships with customers, manufacturer reps, A&D firms, and corporate real estate.

Promote effective communication between departments by creating and contributing to an effective business process.

Manage projects to closure including working closely with design, project manager, and CSR to create winning solutions for customers.
