Job Description
We are looking for a Change Management Analyst to provide support for our clients IT Change Management processes. This position will be Full-Time and Onsite. With employees expected to work onsite five days per week.
This opportunity exists within our CAI’s Neurodiverse Solutions business unit, all candidates in consideration of positions within CAI’s Neurodiverse Solutions must be able to self-disclose that they identify as neurodivergent.
Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, only US Citizens and Green Card Holders/Permanent residents will be considered for this role. Candidates must be able to work directly on CAI's W2.
What You’ll Do
Works with infrastructure and application change owners to ensure requests for change are submitted for approval and closed within defined SLA’s
Reviews completeness and quality of change information entered in the change management system and works with change owners to correct deficiencies
Works with all parties to resolve change related scheduling
Aid in the coordination and control efforts of planned changes
Demonstrates an overall understanding and knowledge of the supported applications and production environments

Required:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and be flexible within a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently as well as being part of a team
Adaptable enthusiastic quick learner
Hands on, team player with a proactive and optimistic outlook
Strong active listening, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Effective organizational and time management skills
Effective verbal and written business communication
Preferred:
Customer service skills to discuss and investigate Change records with the Change owners
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
The pay range for this position is up to $28.00 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
