Job Details:

Full-time, in-person position

School Year Dates: August 1, 2025 – May 22, 2026

Setting: Elementary, Middle, or High School

Role Overview:

As an SLPA, you will provide speech-language pathology services to students as directed by a supervising State Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology and Audiology licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development. Bilingual in Spanish is not required but a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and hearing screening as directed by the supervising licensed speech-language pathologist.

Implement the treatment program or the individual education plan (IEP) as designed by the supervising licensed speech-language pathologist.

Work with classroom teachers to implement classroom activities to improve communication skills of students.

Create an environment conducive to learning and appropriate for maturity level and interests of students. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in communicative science and disorders

Texas license as Speech-Language Pathology Assistant

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of speech-language disorders and conditions Benefits:
