DevOps/SRE Leader

Location: Carrollton, TX - Hybrid (On-site + Remote)

Salary: $145K - $175K Full-Time, Direct Hire

As a vital member of our team, you will:

Advance DevOps and Site Reliability practices to effectively support rapidly growing products and services

Deploy and manage cloud-native microservices utilizing Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)

Construct and oversee CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions across various environments

Work closely with cross-functional engineering and product teams to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security

Implement DevSecOps methodologies, infrastructure automation, and contemporary observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana

Drive strategic planning, execute roadmaps, and focus on continuous improvement in both development and operations

Manage and enhance operations within hybrid infrastructure environments (Azure + AWS)

What you will bring to the table:

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, along with prior SaaS experience

5+ years of solid experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms

Proven hands-on expertise in Terraform, Python, Kubernetes, Docker, and Bash scripting

Familiarity with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code best practices

A history of leading or holding a senior role within DevOps/SRE teams, especially in 24x7 production environments

Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, paired with a passion for automation and operational excellence
