Overview: A leading organization in the energy sector is seeking a Learning Coordinator to join their team on a long-term contract basis. This role supports the development and implementation of learning strategies aligned with business goals. The successful candidate will play a key role in employee development by facilitating training programs, coordinating projects, and maintaining learning systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation and implementation of learning strategies across the business unit
Conduct training needs assessments for employees and leadership
Maintain training records and budgets, including use of the KEY Learning Management System
Coordinate, schedule, and evaluate training programs
Develop and design training materials and resources
Research and recommend training tools and technologies
Facilitate internal projects and meetings as assigned
Stay current on mandatory federal, state, and organizational training requirements
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors Qualifications: Education (one of the following):
Bachelor's in Business Administration, HR, Education, Communications, or related field
OR Associate degree in a related field + 4 years of relevant experience
OR High School Diploma/GED + 6 years of relevant experience Experience:
Minimum 2 years in training development, adult education, or related field Why Apply?

Responsibilities
The Learning Coordinator assists with the development and implementation of training strategy in support of organizational business plans. Employee development and training services include learning strategy development and oversight, resource and materials development, meeting facilitation, project leadership and records administration. This position serves as a communications link between employees, leadership and business unit colleagues.
