"As part of the Technical Support Team, deliver exceptional customer service to MHMR employees and partners, utilizing strong technical and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading computer hardware, software, networks, and peripheral equipment. Assess user training needs, provide training, make recommendations for hardware/software acquisitions, prepare documentation, and offer user assistance as needed."

Minimum Education: Associate Degree

Defined Education: Computer Science or a related field

Preferences: None

Substitutions: High School Diploma/GED and two (2) years’ experience in computer hardware, software, and peripherals OR High School Diploma/GED and CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, Security+, CySA)

License/Certifications: Valid Texas Driver’s License
