Job Summary:

The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing marketing automation tools and workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. This role will involve designing, implementing, and analyzing automated marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention. The Marketing Automation Specialist will work closely with the Marketing Technology Manager and the Campaign Coordinator to execute data-driven and personalized marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience (2-3 years) in marketing automation, email marketing, or digital marketing.

Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, such as SAP Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, HubSpot, Mareketo, etc.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing strategies.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Knowledge of CRM systems and data management best practices.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Certifications in marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) are a plus.

Job Duties:

Administer and manage marketing automation platforms, such as SAP Marketing Cloud.

Create and maintain automated marketing workflows, including creating emails, email campaigns, lead nurturing, and drip campaigns.

Ensure the integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems and other software.

Develop and implement automated email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.

Work with Website Manager to create landing pages and forms for lead generation and conversion optimization.

Coordinate and execute lead scoring and tracking processes.

Manage contact databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Segment contact lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement levels.

Use data insights to create targeted and relevant content for different audience segments.

Monitor the performance of automated campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.

Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Provide regular performance updates to the Creative Director, Marketing Technology Manager and the broader marketing team.

Conduct A/B tests to optimize email subject lines, content, and layouts for maximum engagement.

Continuously refine and improve automated workflows and processes.

Implement best practices to enhance deliverability and email sender reputation.

Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing automation tools with other systems, such as CRM, analytics, and e-commerce platforms.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

Stay up to date with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and ensure compliance in all automated marketing activities.

Implement processes for handling opt-outs and data removal requests.
