Starting Pay: $16 per hour

Shift: Part-Time (12:30 pm - 8:30 pm, Weekdays and Weekends)

Daily Deals Food Outlet is hiring a Retail Supervisor who lives by our values: exceed expectations, never settle, care deeply, and do the right thing.

A Sample of the Role:

Lead employees by promoting teamwork and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Mentor and supervise employees.

Motivate team members to complete assigned duties.

Support the overall management and leadership of Daily Deals.

Build excitement and customer loyalty through engaging interactions and effective merchandising.

Attract customers by creating and maintaining eye-catching displays.

Assist customers by providing information, answering questions, processing transactions, and preparing merchandise for delivery.

Follow safety and sanitation procedures.

Operate manual cash drawer and handle cash transactions accurately.

Price and stock items to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper product rotation.

Provide clear directions to employees and lead a team in stocking, shelf rotation, and inventory control.

Place orders for Daily Deals and maintain office and building supplies.

Maintain regular attendance and reliability.

Your Natural Ingredient to Win:

Minimum of 1+ years of experience in retail or a similar industry.

Strong leadership and motivational skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to create and maintain attractive merchandise displays.

Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling transactions.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet physical demands such as standing, walking, and handling products.
