Role Description

The Blow Molding Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining blow molding machines used in the production of plastic products. This role involves monitoring equipment performance, performing routine maintenance, ensuring quality standards are met, and troubleshooting technical issues. The schedule for this position is Monday through Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and Thursday from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with Fridays off. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

Prior experience operating blow molding machinery preferred

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Ability to read and interpret production specifications

Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing setting

Strong attention to detail and quality assurance standards

Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime if needed

High school diploma or equivalent required
