Reno Staffing is looking for a General Warehouse Associate for a Third Party Logistics Company in USA PARKWAY!

Next day start and weekly pay! Work for a wonderful company that has great management in an organized warehouse! This position is temp to hire, THC friendly! *Amigable para hablantes de Español!

Shift: Mon-Thursday 6am to 2:30pm (OT as needed)

Pay:$19.50/hr

Location: USA PARKWAY! (NO SHUTTLE)

Summary:

The warehouse associate will wear multiple hats in this position as needed and will do anywhere from picking, packing, inventory, palletizing, labeling, building boxes, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assembly of product, order picking, packing, RF scanning of product.

Must be able to work safely and productively within the warehouse environment and provide high quality service to our customers through safe, efficient, damage free, cost effective and accurate storage and handling.

Performs warehouse functions including order picking, packing, and assembly of product.

Use of handheld scanners/equipment for warehouse management system compliance.

Assists in cycle counts, auditing and physical inventories.

Adhere to company safety policy and guidelines to ensure safe working conditions for self and others.

Participate in keeping the facility maintained in a clean, neat and orderly fashion.

Other duties may be assigned.

Competency:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

A basic ability to communicate verbally in English is beneficial but not a requirement- these can be handled on a case by case situation as long as the teammate is able to read a packing slip.

All teammates should be aware of general warehouse safety rules.

Must maintain productivity and accuracy standards. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. May lift up to 20 lbs max. Able to work in a non-temperature controlled warehouse (meaning the indoor temperature fluctuates through each season)

No resume or interview are needed for this position. Next day start! A Drug test will be required prior to starting. Will NOT be tested for THC.
