Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position reports directly to the Office Manager and plays a key role in maintaining smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Filing & Document Organization: Maintain paper and digital filing systems to ensure documents are properly sorted and easily accessible.
Spreadsheet Management: Create, update, and manage Excel spreadsheets for various office functions, including inventory tracking, order logs, and reporting.
Shipping Coordination: Prepare and ship goods using standard shipping platforms. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of outgoing shipments.
Order Entry: Accurately input customer orders into our system and ensure all relevant details are included.
General Office Support: Assist the Office Manager with miscellaneous administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, data entry, and customer communication.Requirements:
Previous administrative or office assistant experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
