Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for retail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Drive sales and achieve store targets through effective merchandising and promotional strategies

- Manage and train store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints

- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficient in inventory management and sales reporting

- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service

- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
