Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Columbus, OH

Salary Range: $17.5 to $20 per hour

Job Overview:

A Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in computer systems, ensuring precision and organization across various databases and software applications.

Responsibilities:

Enter data accurately and efficiently into various databases and software applications

Update and maintain existing data to ensure accuracy and completeness

Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors

Organize and maintain physical and electronic files as needed

Assist with data cleanup and migration projects

Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity

Adhere to data entry policies and procedures to ensure data security and confidentiality

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role

Excellent typing speed and accuracy

Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent
