As we expand into Arizona, we're seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) to be one of our founding team members in Phoenix. This is more than a job-this is a chance to lead the launch of our services, shape our clinical culture, and build something meaningful from the ground up.
Position Details
Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA / BCBA-D)
Location: Hybrid - Telehealth & In-Person (Phoenix, AZ)
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000/year (based on experience)

What You'll Do
Conduct behavior assessments and design individualized treatment plans
Oversee clinical services and ensure fidelity to ABA best practices
Provide mentorship and training to Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with local/state regulations and ethical standards
Monthly BCBA Peer Engagement Events
What We're Looking For
Experience: 2+ years of ABA experience with individuals diagnosed with autism or related disorders
Skills: Strong communication, time management, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Values: Passion for innovation, collaboration, and meaningful client outcomes
Requirements
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Arizona
