As an Event Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for safety and security for attendees, staff, and property.

Qualifications:

Demonstrating exceptional customer service is your primary focus.

You will observe and assess the area while providing accurate reports on activities at your assigned location.

Respond swiftly and effectively in critical situations.

Proficient in reading and writing detailed reports.

You will know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.

Strong oral and written communication skills, with proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Maintain a professional uniform appearance and grooming standards as set by BEST Crowd Management.

You will be accountable and effectively hold subordinate officers to the same standard.

Leadership or management experience is required; you should be personable and possess strong interpersonal skills.

A valid security license is required or must be obtained (if mandated by local regulations).

Your Background:

A high school education or equivalent (GED) is essential.

You are able to successfully complete an extensive screening process.

At least 2 years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement supervisory experience is required.

Must be at least 21 years old, as required by applicable law or contractual obligations.
