Digital Press Operator

We are seeking for 6 full-time digital press operator to operate state of the art fully digital presses designed to press labels on aluminum cans used to can beverages

**Pay:** $29-35

**Shifts:** 8 hour shifts: days Mon- Fri; 6am-2:30pm; swings 2:30pm-11:00pm; and graveyard Sun-Thu 11:00pm-7:30am

**Ideal Candidate Profile – Required Qualifications:**

• Experience with Digital Press Equipment – Prior hands-on experience is essential!

• Strong digital machine operation and comprehension skills – Ability to follow instructions related to machine operations and safety protocols.

• Machine familiarity – Comfortable working with manufacturing or packaging equipment and using various tools.

• Troubleshooting ability – Able to identify and resolve minor mechanical issues or communicate them effectively.

• Dependable and coachable – Receptive to feedback and consistent in following procedures.

• Team-oriented – Works well in a fast-paced, collaborative production environment.

• Candidate must be computer literate

We are looking for candidates that have experience working with a Digital Press Machine. No exception on candidates without Digital press experience.

Candidates will program machine to specifications needed then the cans will run through the machine and print the logo on them. Once cans are finished they will be palletized packaged and shipped to clients to be filled with beverages.

Candidates must be able to submit to a pre-employment drug and ba ckground check.

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $35.00/hr.
