**Job Description**
Join our team as a laborer assisting in the remodel of trailers used for construction sites, schools, and disaster relief. This role requires flexibility in job functions and a willingness to get hands-on and dirty. Tasks include cleaning trailers, replacing windows, AC units, sheet metal, tile, wood panels, lights, door knobs, doors, and plumbing for sinks and toilets. You will also paint interiors and exteriors, including wood panels, bumpers, hitches, and wheels. Additionally, you will help clean and maintain the facility grounds, shop, and office.
**Responsibilities**
+ Clean trailers upon their return from sites.
+ Replace and install windows, AC units, sheet metal, tile, wood panels, lights, door knobs, doors, and plumbing fixtures.
+ Paint the inside and outside of trailers, including wood panels, bumpers, hitches, and wheels.
+ Perform framing, hang doors, and carry out light plumbing tasks.
+ Repair trims, wood, and paint touch-up spots outside.
+ Clean and maintain the facility grounds, shop, and office.
+ Set up trailers with furniture based on customer preferences, assembling desks, chairs, and installing TVs and coffee stations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with hand tools and power tools.
+ Ability to read a tape measure.
+ 2-3 years of experience in construction or manual labor.
+ Knowledge of carpentry and remodeling.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in cleaning and maintenance.
+ Ability to work with minimal guidance.
+ Strong soft skills and teamwork mentality.
+ Adaptability to daily changing tasks.

**Work Environment**
The work primarily takes place outdoors, involving both inside and outside trailer tasks. Conditions will vary with the weather, being cold in winter and hot in summer. The main office trailer is equipped with heating and air conditioning.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, Missouri.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
