REQUIRED SKILLS

• Minimum of 4 implementations of Oracle Talent Management, specific to Goals and Performance Management.

• Hands on configuration experience utilizing Visual Builder.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of Oracle technical skills (fast formulas, BI reporting, etc.)

• Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on assignments.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

• Ability to work well with offshore teams.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education plus relevant experience.
