Summary:

We are looking for a capable Full Stack Software Developer to join our team to help support our growing internal applications.

We’re seeking someone who is confident building both frontend and backend functionality, can follow and extend our existing UI/UX and backend structures, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast paced work environment. You’ll join a small but focused team responsible for building custom solutions that support real operations and data workflows.

What You’ll Do:

Build full-stack features using React (Next.js preferred) and connect to internal and third-party APIs.

Extend backend functionality using existing patterns and technologies (C#/.NET a plus).

Implement UI designs that follow our existing structure while contributing to a consistent UX.

Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to surface key metrics and insights.

Ensure solutions are performant, secure, and easy to maintain.

Work closely with the lead developer and other stakeholders to deliver production-ready code.

What We’re Looking For:

2–3+ years of full stack software development experience.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred but not required

Strong proficiency in React or similar frontend frameworks. Next.js experience is a big plus.

Experience building and integrating with RESTful APIs.

Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices and responsive design.

Familiarity with building dashboards, charts, and data-driven features.

Bonus points for experience with:

Azure Services, Vercel

Airtable, Procore, NetSuite, or Oracle Primavera APIs
