JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for working with the clinical staff to schedule home care visits in accordance with physician orders. Communicates with staff and patients when needed regarding home care visit schedule. Resposible for providing clerical and administrative support necessary to ensure efficient delivery of care for patients and staff.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Associate's Degree Preferred
• 1 Year of Home Health Care Scheduling Experience with Electronic Medical Record Preferred
