Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the database.
Provide product information and support to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage stress.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
