We have a position available for an Administrative Assistant in our Service Department. This position plays a crucial role in providing top quality customer service. The job requires managing multiple tasks and responsibilities while communicating effectively to customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to the following):

• Answering phone calls & taking detailed messages.

• Entering and Scheduling customers in database.

• Dispatching and routing technicians' service calls.

• Working with Water Companies to file test reports.

• Responding to email inquiries.

• Close communication with field technicians.

• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Administrative Assistant related experience in an office environment.

• Be able to provide outstanding, friendly, solution-based customer service.

• Be highly organized, pro-active, and detailed.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Be proficient using Word and Excel.

Added Plus:

• Experience working in a service related environment.

• Background in landscape service industry.

• Experience with Hindsite or other CRM software

Wages: Salary range is $20 - $25 per hour, depending on skill and experience.

Hours: Full-time position: Monday to Friday from 7:00AM to 3:30PM
