Schaefer Plastics is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our C-Suite leaders, including the President, CEO, and CFO. This role is a critical extension of our leadership team, designed for a resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a proactive, detail-driven approach to executive support.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the President, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Manage complex calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate logistics.
Prepare and submit expense reports and coordinate international and domestic travel.
Create and edit executive-level PowerPoint presentations, reports, and documents.
Attend leadership meetings to capture minutes and action items; ensure timely follow-ups and task tracking across departments.
Monitor ongoing projects and priorities for the C-Suite, ensuring alignment, accountability, and progress updates.
Serve as a liaison between the C-Suite and broader leadership teams, handling communications with discretion and professionalism.
Support with event coordination, strategic planning sessions, and other high-visibility initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a corporate environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite-particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
High degree of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without needing detailed instructions.
Experience managing projects or open-topic follow-ups across departments is strongly preferred.
Fluency in German is a strong differentiator.
