Qualifications:
Valid Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist Licensure
CCC-SLP or CFY status preferred
Experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
Strong assessment, report writing, and direct service skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals

Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language services to students
Conduct assessments to evaluate student needs and progress
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom
Maintain accurate records of student performance and documentation required by the school
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress
