Position: Maintenance Manager

Location: Prescott Place - Columbus, OH

Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation

Pay Rate: $28 - $31/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and bonuses

Who You Are:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance.

Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, apartment turnovers, grounds, pool care, lighting, and more.

Pool Operator Certification, EPA certified, with HVAC experience required.

Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Basic math, problem-solving, and computer/smartphone skills.

Owns basic hand tools.

Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance.

Willing to complete a background check and drug screening.

What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Manager:

Perform apartment turnovers and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, locks, carpentry, and more.

Install and repair appliances, water heaters, toilets, and electrical/plumbing systems.

Complete work orders while keeping the community in top condition.

Oversee and guide a team.

Address emergency maintenance needs, including on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance

Pool Operator Certification, EPA certified, HVAC experience

Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance
