Helm is looking for a sharp, energetic Program Manager to join our Client Services team. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and loves seeing a plan come to life—from idea to execution—this is your moment.
You'll be the go-to person for managing key programs for some of the nation’s most recognizable brands. From working cross-functionally with internal teams to building strong relationships with clients, you'll own the day-to-day and deliver results that matter. If you have experience in merchandising, eCommerce, or marketing operations—and you know how to keep all the moving parts on track—we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Be the main point of contact for delivery coordination between clients and internal teams
Manage program execution from kickoff through completion—on time, on budget, on point
Lead weekly internal status updates and support client QBRs
Partner with Sales and Account Managers to enhance product strategy and presentations
Translate brand goals into clear direction for internal partners and vendors
Monitor and report on program performance and KPIs
Solve problems proactively, manage risks, and elevate the client experience
Own the details—timelines, budgets, compliance, and documentation
Requirements:
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (program or project management preferred)
2+ years managing programs in merchandising, eCommerce, or catalog-based environments
Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
Confident multitasker who thrives under pressure
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
Collaborative spirit and proactive problem-solver
