NOW HIRING: Unarmed Site Supervisor (W-2) East Point, GA
Location: East Point, Georgia
Schedule: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Compensation: $49,000/year Paid Biweekly
Gas Allowance: $40 biweekly
This is not your average site supervisor job. We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 5+ years of proven security leadership experience who can lead by example, manage teams across multiple shifts, and ensure operational excellence every day. If youre looking to just show up and collect a paycheck, this role is not for you.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of direct experience in security supervision or site leadership
Clean criminal background (must pass background check)
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Exceptional communication skills written and verbal
Ability to professionally correct and coach officers without emotional interference
Strong knowledge of security protocols, scheduling, incident response, and post orders
Must be organized, solution-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks without micromanagement
Physically fit enough to conduct patrols, respond to incidents, and remain on your feet when necessary
Professional appearance and demeanor proper uniform required at all times
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to complete onboarding as a W-2 employee
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary point of contact for all shift supervisors and officers
Ensure staffing coverage for all shifts through proactive scheduling and communication
Train and onboard new officers according to site protocols and expectations
Conduct uniform and conduct checks across shifts
Write and review daily activity reports, incident logs, and performance notes
Address attendance issues and enforce company policy across all shifts
Support timekeeping and hours tracking, ensuring accurate payroll reporting
Conduct routine site inspections and quality control audits
Be available during emergencies or call-outs to coordinate coverage
Participate in leadership calls and relay updates between officers and upper management
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

W-2 employee at $49,000 per year
Biweekly pay
Gas allowance: $40 every two weeks
