Description:
We have a state-of-the-art dental practice at Fort Bragg as part of Army and Air Force Exchange Services specifically servicing Military Families and Military Veterans. Our practice has a family feel and we focus on building relationships with our patients. Making sure to provide each of our patients with the best quality care.
Responsibilities:
Use various diagnostic tests to determine the condition of patients’ teeth
Study patient records, including dental histories, and x-rays to develop treatment plans
Discuss treatment plans and cost estimates with patients
Performing non-surgical root canals, endodontics surgery, apicoectomies, anterior, posterior treatments.
Instruct assistants on endodontic procedures and techniques
Collaborate with other specialists, such as dentists and oral surgeons, to coordinate endodontic services within the overall treatment plan.
Educating patients on on-going care and explaining proper oral hygiene methods for good oral health
Comprehensive documentation of patient visit, including but not limited to patient consents, clinically appropriate x-rays, medical history review, occlusion assessment, complete patient notes by end of day etc.Requirements:
Active and Unrestricted State Dental License
DEA license as required.Excellent proficiency and knowledge of requisite procedural skills
Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to starting
Superb dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Excellent organizational skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Great interpersonal skills.
Lead with a positive attitude, calm approach, fairness, and consistency
