General Laborer

Job Description

Skillforce is currently hiring reliable and motivated General Laborers for construction projects. In this role, you will support a range of construction tasks to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Duties:

Assist in the setup and teardown of construction sites.

Handle and transport materials and equipment.

Perform general cleanup and site maintenance to keep the work area organized.

Support skilled tradespeople as needed across various tasks.

Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Operate basic hand and power tools.

Assist with tasks such as digging, mixing, and carrying materials.

Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of construction experience.

Physical stamina and strength to handle demanding tasks.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings.

Strong commitment to safety on the job.
