Job Description:

As a Senior Engineer, you are a subject matter expert in multiple technical disciplines, providing advanced technical support and playing a key role in designing and implementing client solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure solutions align with client needs.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a technical lead for complex installations, migrations, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms.

Collaborate with project teams to design scalable and reliable client solutions.

Develop and maintain internal and external documentation for technical solutions.

Act as a technical point of escalation for complex issues and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements:

Technical Skills: Expertise in multiple technical disciplines, such as advanced networking, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, or voice/nurse call systems. Able to lead projects from

Strong leadership and collaboration skills to guide project teams and provide mentorship.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities in high-pressure situations.

Proactive client management and strong communication to ensure client satisfaction.

Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience. Advanced certifications preferred.

Work Environment: Ability to balance multiple projects, work with cross-functional teams, and travel to client sites as needed. Travel, including overnight stays, to client sites may be necessary when implementations require it.
