Building Performance Installer – $20–$25/hr + Benefits

Stan’s is hiring motivated Building Performance Installers to join our growing HVAC team in Austin! Help improve energy efficiency for homeowners while building a rewarding career in the trades.

What You’ll Do:

Perform ductwork installation, insulation, and weatherization tasks

Conduct building performance assessments

Communicate clearly with customers

Maintain a clean job site and company vehicle

Work Saturdays during peak season (summer)

What You’ll Need:

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Comfort using ladders (up to 28’) and working in confined spaces

Willingness to learn and invest in your tools

Great communication and customer service skills

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
