Job Title: Production Associate - C Shift
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate on C Shift, where you will play a crucial role in supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. This position offers a unique opportunity to acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures through hands-on experience. You will work on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment, and operate under close supervision.
Responsibilities
Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.
Complete routine tasks with a working knowledge of production standards and goals.
Follow detailed instructions and operate within established policies and procedures.
Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging.
Meet metrics for assembly, including lifting no more than 10-15 lbs.
Option to sit or stand during a 10-hour shift, with standing required at times.Essential Skills
Basic computer skills, including navigating programs, basic Excel for documentation, and Outlook experience.
Assembly, soldering, mechanical, and electronic assembly skills.
Ability to use hand tools and interpret blueprints.
A great attitude and willingness to be flexible.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
One or more years of related experience preferred.
Ability to adapt to changes in work plans and priorities.
Competence in required job knowledge and skills.

Work Environment
Work in a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level. Work hours are from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Wednesday to Saturday, with a potential fifth 8-hour shift to meet production quotas, most likely on Tuesday or Sunday. Initial training schedule includes Monday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm and Tuesday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
