Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Recruiter for a contract position in Columbus, OH. The opportunity will be six months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Position Summary: Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a contract assignment supporting our Mortgage Sales Recruiting team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing branch network initiative, particularly with the expanding presence of our client's investment bankers. Located in the vibrant city of Columbus, this position provides a dynamic environment to develop your career in talent acquisition.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Develop a strong understanding of the business segment to become a trusted recruiting partner.
In concert with your leadership team, devise a recruiting strategy to present the client's story to potential candidates, using an inclusion-focused lens.
Leverage your market intelligence and the relationships you build to create a pipeline of exceptional talent.
Source and attract top investment talent, effectively assessing a candidate's fit to the company, team, and position.
Present strengths and weaknesses of leading candidates, and overcome objections in the hiring process.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor.
Understand federal and state laws and regulations relating to employment.
Possess a demonstrated expertise in MS Office, Internet Tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) to research, network, and implement an inclusion-based recruiting strategy development. Qualifications:
Minimum of four years of sourcing and full-cycle recruiting experience for Mortgage Sales candidates.
Bachelor's degree OR 8 years in full-cycle recruiting in the disciplines mentioned above in place of a degree.
