Core4ce is seeking a highly experienced Senior NOSC Administrator to lead network operations and support mission-critical systems within a secure DoD environment. This individual will provide advanced network administration, application support, and systems integration for Tactical Medical Information Programs and similar operational systems, ensuring secure, reliable, and sustained performance at deployed and CONUS-based environments.

This position is located in Sumter, SC and requires the candidate to access secure Defense Health facilities at Shaw AFB. Some travel may be required to support forward deployed sites around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily NOSC operations, ensuring 24/7 monitoring, incident response, and performance tuning for networks and medical application systems.

Manage implementation, sustainment, integration, and remote support for TMIP or similar deployed operational systems (e.g., MEDXS, OpMed).

Perform advanced troubleshooting, escalation handling, and coordination with cybersecurity, engineering, and application teams.

Maintain system availability and health through pre-deployment testing, on-call diagnostics, and real-time remediation.

Oversee configuration management, release management, and remote updates using automation and scripting tools.

Develop, deploy, and maintain automated testing and monitoring capabilities across geographically dispersed sites.

Create and maintain documentation for processes, diagrams, playbooks, and knowledge base articles.

Participate in system hardening, patching, and compliance with DoD STIGs and RMF requirements.

Interface with government stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission and security requirements. Required Qualifications:

Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain). Top Secret clearance preferred.

5+ years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC/NOSC) or enterprise systems administration role supporting DoD or federal programs.

Strong expertise in Windows/Linux server administration, network protocols, and enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk, Nagios).

Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity compliance frameworks (e.g., RMF, DISA STIGs).

Experience with configuration and change management processes (e.g., Git, Ansible, SCCM, WSUS).

Strong scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation and diagnostics.

Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to brief technical information to senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience supporting systems such as TMIP, MEDXS, OpMed, or similar operational healthcare platforms.

ITIL Foundation or experience working in an ITIL-based operations environment.

Experience with virtualized infrastructure (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud environments (e.g., AWS GovCloud).

Prior experience supporting expeditionary or tactical systems for the DoD.

Knowledge of software deployment tools and CI/CD integration for remote environments.

IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+).
