Controls Engineer

We are a growing company with an entrepreneurial spirit, seeking a Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in designing and developing systems that integrate electro-hydraulic products, PLCs, and motion controllers. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create custom electrical components and control schemes, delivering top-tier solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design control schemes, electrical schematics, and UL-compliant control panels.

Partner with the engineering team on custom actuator design and development.

Engage in discussions to advance our technological capabilities.

Select electrical components and provide technical troubleshooting assistance.

Collaborate with field technicians and assist in testing actuators.

Ensure customer satisfaction through responsive service and support. Qualifications:

Proficiency in designing electrical schematics and panel drawings.

Experience with PLC and HMI programming (Allen-Bradley, Schneider).

Strong troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.

Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.

Willingness to travel as required.
