About The Role

Under the direction of the Director of Information Technology Services, the Endpoint Systems Engineer provides support for the imaging, deployment, and management of endpoint devices and associated systems. This position is responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining imaging solutions, mobile device management platforms, software deployment processes, and asset lifecycle tools. Works closely with peers to provide seamless support and lifecycle management of user-facing technologies.

Build, maintain, and optimize desktop/laptop imaging workflows (e.g., Configuration Manager, Intune).

Oversee application packaging and OS/software deployment using automated tools.

Design, maintain, and support MDM platform configurations, assisting operational teams with complex or systemic changes (Intune, Google Admin Console, Apple tools). About You

Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field. Three or more years of experience and/or industry certifications may be considered in lieu of degree.

Minimum two years of recent and relevant experience with management of endpoint platforms and MDMs such as Configuration Manager, Intune, Jamf, and Securly.

Experience automating tasks, deploying software, or automating patching strategies. About Us
