Warehouse Manager

A growing medical supply company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee operations in a 50,000 square foot warehouse. This is a high-level, hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage logistics, streamline operations, and ensure inventory accuracy and team efficiency in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping

Oversee and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity, safety, and compliance

Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with procurement and fulfillment teams

Implement and optimize warehouse processes for maximum efficiency

Ensure the facility is maintained in accordance with health and safety regulations

Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments

Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs and performance metrics

Collaborate with leadership to plan for growth, equipment needs, and space utilization

Ideal Qualifications:

Proven experience managing a warehouse (preferably 30,000+ sq ft)

Prior experience in medical supplies, healthcare logistics, or a similar regulated industry

Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with inventory management systems and warehouse technologies

Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a dynamic environment

Comfortable handling time-sensitive and high-volume operations
