Lead cradle-to-grave QA on firmware and cloud-based irrigation products
Build and oversee test strategies, plans, and execution timelines
Coordinate with offshore and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases
Advocate for Design for Testability (DFT) principles and ensure quality targets
Guide defect tracking and test case coverage with Jira and Zephyr
Provide clear status updates and participate in go/no-go decisions What You Bring:
5+ years in QA/testing for complex electronics or IoT systems
Hands-on experience with Jira, Zephyr, and test scripting (Python/C# preferred)
Proven leadership in QA for firmware, cloud, or embedded devices
Experience with Agile/Waterfall processes and managing distributed teams
Load testing and performance testing exposure in cloud apps Bonus Points For:
Test automation development
Deep code coverage toolchain experience
QA admin experience with Zephyr Scale or Zephyr Enterprise
