We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Compliance Coordinator to manage and ensure compliance across various fleet operations. This role will be responsible for overseeing vehicle licensing, IFTA management, permitting, electronic driver logs, and fleet compliance reporting. The Compliance Coordinator will also liaise with drivers, supervisors, and other departments to maintain regulatory compliance and resolve any issues that arise.

What you'll do:
Vehicle Licensing: Manage the addition, renewal, replacement, and cancellation of base plates for fleet vehicles, ensuring compliance with provincial requirements.
· IFTA & Prorate Management: Oversee IFTA additions, renewals, and quarterly reporting, including fuel use management and ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
· Provincial Permitting: Handle the issuance and management of provincial permits, including weight, dimensional, and movement permits to ensure regulatory compliance.
· Geotab Management: Set up and train users on the Geotab system, manage user groupings, troubleshoot user issues, and configure geofences as needed.
· Driver Violation & Ticket Management: Liaise with EH&S and assist with managing driver violations and tickets, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
· Electronic Driver Logs (ELD): Monitor and audit electronic driver logs for violations, unassigned logs, and ensure timely completion of annotations by drivers. Coordinate with drivers and supervisors to resolve any issues and ensure logs meet regulatory standards.
· Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular compliance reports and assist with driver file management and carrier profile reviews to ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
What's required:
· Strong knowledge of fleet compliance requirements, including vehicle licensing, IFTA, and permitting.
· Experience with electronic driver log monitoring and auditing.
· Familiarity with Geotab or similar fleet management systems.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with drivers, supervisors, and regulatory bodies.
