Job Description

Manage all aspects of high-value custom home construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Collaborate closely with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with design intent and schedule.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.

Oversee daily site activities through direct communication with superintendents and subcontractors.

Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation with precision.

Ensure compliance with all building codes, permitting, and safety regulations.

Provide regular project updates and manage client expectations with professionalism and transparency. The Successful Applicant

Minimum 7 years of project management experience with luxury custom homes, ideally within the $7M-$15M range.

Strong knowledge of high-end residential construction processes, materials, and finishes.

Proven ability to manage complex projects, timelines, and budgets while maintaining exceptional quality.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients and project teams.

Proficient with project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similar platforms.

Based in or willing to relocate to the West Palm Beach, FL area. What's on Offer
